SECTION 1. HOW TO ENROL

   
a. Make sure that you meet the “Entry Criteria” before completing this application form.
b. Send the application form and all support documentation and admin fee (non refundable)(£ 20/50 for students in UK £50/£150 for overseas students)and accommodation fee of £60(if applicable).
c. A compulsory Skype audio visual interview will be conducted by the College for all students requiring a UK Visa. For students applying from within the UK or from the European Union an English test will be conducted upon arrival at the College.
d. Upon receipt of a conditional offer letter the total fees for the first year must be forwarded to the College by one of the following methods – Credit Card, Banker’s Cheque, Demand Draft or Bank Transfer. If by bank transfer the original confirmation must be sent to the College by fax, email or post.  If by Draft the original must be posted to the College. Cash will only be accepted from the student from within the UK who are paying at the College.
e. Only when this has been received can the College send out confirmation of acceptance and make a reservation.
   

SECTION 2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   
1. Students must be 18 years of age or over on the date of their course commencement.
2. Registration & administration fees are non-refundable.
3. BY signing this form the student authorizes the College to pass information contained in the form and on college records as required to accrediting bodies and relevant government agencies only.
4. All fees due to the College must be paid in full, prior to the commencement (Unless an instalment payment scheme has been agreed).
5. Course fees do NOT include travel, accommodation, social programme activities, external examination fees, personal and health insurance, bank charges or international money transfers or course materials i.e. books, photocopies, pens, pencils and papers.
6. Fees are NOT transferable or refundable. If a CAS is issued your course fees is not refundable. If a visa is rejected by Home Office/British High Commission overseas then you are entitled for a refund less administration and registration, but if your visa a rejected submitting fraud educational documents or finance (bank statement) you are NOT entitled for refund. (See student Hand book).
7. Student will not be allowed to extend their course due to any authorized absences and/or uncertified illness (Any agreed extensions may be subject to additional fees).
8. Overseas students with a visa must complete a minimum of 80% attendance (unless there is a valid reason and necessary approval has been obtained).
9. It is the student’s responsibility to inform the college of any changes to their studies or circumstances. If you change address, Telephone Number, email id you must notify immediately to college to update your records.
10. If a student fails to start on the commencement date or leaves the course prior to its completion, their name may be removed from the class register and will be reported to UKBA
11. Courses are conducted subject to demand and can be altered at any time. Any alternations of this nature will be notified to students in writing.
12. The College reserves the right to change the lectures, lecture rooms and combine classes if necessary.
13. It is the responsibility of the student to book a course well in advance, in order to complete all visa requirements. Please note that we do not guarantee that a visa will be issued. It is the student’s responsibility to gain the necessary visas and pay fees. The college has the right to withhold any Certificate for students who owe money to the college.
