1.I hereby declare that I will abide by the attendance regulations of Anderson Ross Business School . I understand that if my attendance falls below 80% as required by the UK Border Agency, I will lose my place with the College and will have to leave the country. Any fee paid will not be refunded.  I understand the College will consider any attendance below 90% as a cause of concern and will take requisite action.

2. I understand that Anderson Ross Business School operates a strict regime of attendance and progress monitoring to comply with the UKBA regulations and requires that I comply with the rules.
